LAN Basics.com Inc (LAN Basics) warrants to the original end-user purchaser that its products shall be free from defects in workmanship or material for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase from LAN Basics. This warranty shall be limited to repair or replace, at LAN Basics’ option.

LAN Basics’ obligation to repair or replace defective products shall not apply to any product that has been (i) subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident, including causes external to the products such as electrical power fluctuations and failures or (ii) altered or repaired (other than by LAN Basics) in such a manner as to affect adversely its performance, stability, or reliability, or (iii) subjected to electrical or environmental stress.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR AT LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND STATES LAN BASICS’ SOLE AND ENTIRE LIABILITY TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY AND PURCHASER’S OR THIRD PARTY'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM OF DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR SERVICING OF THE PRODUCTS, THEIR DESIGN, OR SUITABILITY FOR USE. IN NO EVENT SHALL LAN BASICS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE COST TO PURCHASER FOR ANY PRODUCT (S) CAUSING ANY ALLEGED DAMAGE, EVEN IF LAN BASICS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
